Troubleshooting tips

• Ensure there is enough sample in the sample vessel.

• Run a sample without the column to help differentiate column problems from system problems.

• Go back to standard known good conditions and run a known sample. If this sample looks normal, then the problem can be narrowed down more easily.

• Bypass the sampler to see if the source of the extra peaks or peak shape influencing factors is in the injection system.
