Troubleshooting Tips:

• Review previous runs and observe if the retention problem has developed gradually or suddenly. If retention problems are occurring suddenly, then a a sudden change in chromatographic conditions might be the root cause.

• Run a sample without the column to help differentiate column problems from system problems.

• Go back to standard known good conditions and run a known sample. If this sample looks normal, then the problem can be narrowed down more easily.
