Troubleshooting tips

• For binary gradient systems, check which channel is causing the problem by pumping 100% A or B and monitoring the pressure of the one channel. Remember to follow the manufacturer’s column recommendations for flow, temperature, mobile phases, etc.

• For a flow-through sampler design, check the pressure difference between the mainpass and bypass positions. If the pressure is significantly higher in the mainpass position, this could mean the partial blockage of one or more components there.
