The handling of solvents, samples and reagents can hold health and safety risks.
- When working with these substances observe appropriate safety procedures (for example by wearing goggles, safety gloves and protective clothing) as described in the material handling and safety data sheet supplied by the vendor, and follow good laboratory practice.
- The volume of substances should be reduced to the minimum required for the analysis.
- Do not operate the instrument in an explosive atmosphere.
NOTE
The G7175A Level Sensing must not be carried, moved or shifted when equipped with solvent bottles.
Switch off the Level Sensing module.
For the bottle to be replaced, detach the Solvent Clip Assembly (G7175-60013 (Solvent Clip Assembly) ) from the corresponding Railing Clip Assembly (G7175-60012 (Railing Clip Assembly) ).
Remove the bottle from the bottle plate of the Level Sensing module and place it aside.
Manually unscrew bottle plate (here R1) by turning it counterclockwise.
Figure: Bottle plate removal. Remove any trace of contamination and dust from the opened space underneath the dismantled bottle plate using the recommended approach for module cleaning.
Figure: Dismantled bottle plate. Install the new bottle plate by screwing it clockwise on the free thread.
NOTE
Do not overtighten while mounting the new bottle plate.

Place the bottle with solvent in the new bottle plate of the Level Sensing module.
NOTE
Make sure to perform the zeroing/taring procedure (see Zeroing/Taring) before placing the bottle in the bottle plate.
