Prepare a Run

This procedure exemplarily shows how to prepare a run. Parameters as shown in the screenshots may vary, depending on the system installed.

处理溶剂、样品和试剂可能会危害健康安全。

处理这些物质时，请严格遵循溶剂供应商提供的材料处理和安全数据表中的相应安全规程（例如，戴上护目镜、安全手套，穿上防护衣）。
切勿使用自燃温度低于 200 °C (392 °F) 的溶剂。切勿使用沸点低于 56 °C (133 °F) 的溶剂。
避免高蒸汽浓度。保持溶剂温度至少低于所用溶剂的沸点 40 °C (72 °F)。这包括样品室中的溶剂温度。对于溶剂甲醇和乙醇，保持溶剂温度至少低于沸点 25 °C (45 °F)。
切勿在爆炸性环境中操作仪器。
切勿使用易燃级别 IIC（根据 IEC 60079-20-1）的溶剂，例如二硫化碳。
应将物质减至分析所需的最小量。
切勿使用体积超过使用指南中规定的最大允许体积 (2.5 L) 的溶剂瓶。
将废液瓶接地。
定期检查废液瓶的填充量。废液瓶剩余可用体积必须足够大，能够收集废液。
要最大程度地保证安全，应定期检查管线的安装是否正确。

Switch on the detector.
Fill the solvent bottles with adequate solvents for your application.
Place solvent tubings with bottle head assemblies into the solvent bottles.
Place solvent bottles into the solvent cabinet.
Solvent bottle filling dialog (in the software).
Solvent bottle filling dialog (in the software).
Purge the pump.

Change solvent type if necessary.
Choose the tray format of the sampler.
Add a new column.
Enter the column information.
Select the column in the Method settings of the column compartment.
Set the detector parameters according to the needs of your method.
