Mechanical damage

Secure the sampler handler assembly before transporting the sampler.

注意

Moving the sampler with the Sample Thermostat installed is possible for short distances (for example, from one workbench to another). For longer transportation, remove the thermostat from the sampler and handle the units separately.

Remove condensate.
1. Place a suitable container underneath the outlet pipe.
1. Remove the drainage tube.
1. Gently tap the sides of the sampler several times to facilitate the drainage of the condensate from the system.

Do not tilt the module to avoid damage to the internal parts.
Remove all sample containers from the sample hotel.
Move the robot arm to the park position using Instant Pilot or Lab Advisor, see Arm Position .
Turn off the sampler.
Install all parts of the Transport Protection, see Install the Transport Protection Foam .
Remove the Sample Thermostat from the sampler if needed, see 更换样品恒温器.
