Pré-requisitos

No controlador local, inicie o modo de manutenção e selecione a função Posição de Serviço.

OU

No Lab Advisor Software, selecione Serviços e Diagnósticos na tela do sistema (Ferramentas) > Posições de Manutenção > Alterar Instrumento de Medição, clique em Iniciar e aguarde até que o instrumento de medição esteja na posição de manutenção.
Remove capillaries and valves from the flush head.
Press and turn the Flush Head a quarter left (bayonet fitting) and detach the metering device from the actuator.
Pull the flush head away from the hydraulic box
Press against the rear side of flush head and turn a quarter left (bayonet fitting) and separate the flush head, head body and the piston.

NOTA
Be careful not to break the piston.
Remove the piston from the head body.
Carefully remove the seal from the tip of the piston.
Reassemble the flush head and the head body (without piston).
Carefully insert the piston with the new metering seal into the flush head assembly.
Reinstall the flush head to the actuator housing.

NOTA
For proper installation, check the correct position of the tag.
Fix the flush head.
Connect the capillaries.
