The gaskets used in the standard and semi-micro/micro flow cell are different.

- Para aplicações bio, sempre use peças bio dedicadas, que possam ser identificadas pelo símbolo bio-inert ou outros marcadores descritos neste manual.
- Não misture módulos ou peças bio e não bio em um sistema bio.

Use a 4 mm hex key to unscrew the window assembly (1) and remove the gasket (6,7) from the cell body. Do not mix the gasket #6 and # 7.

Use a tooth pick to remove the quartz window from the window assembly.
NOTA
If the washers fall out of the window assembly, they must be inserted in the correct order with the PTFE ring to prevent any leaks from the flow cell window.

Do not mix the gasket #6 and #7 (different hole diameter).

Using a 4-mm hex key, tighten the window screw hand tight plus a quarter turn.

Reconnect the capillaries, see Remover e instalar uma Célula de fluxo.

Perform a leak test.

Insert the flow cell.

Replace the front cover

Realize um Teste de Verificação de Comprimento de Onda ou um Teste de Óxido de Hólmio para verificar o posicionamento correto da lâmpada.
