Pré-requisitos

If needed, update the firmware of the hosting sampler to ensure that it supports the type of thermostat you are about to install, see Especificações do termostato da amostra.

Refrigerante inflamável

Formação de misturas de gás-ar inflamáveis dentro do termostato da amostra e do laboratório.

Mantenha fontes de ignição ou fogo afastados do dispositivo.
Garanta um espaço de 4 m³ (1 m³ por cada 8 g de refrigerante R600a no termostato da amostra).
Garanta uma ventilação adequada: troca de ar normal de 25 m³/h por cada m² da área do laboratório.
Mantenha todas as aberturas de ventilação no recinto livres de obstruções. Não bloqueie as aberturas no perímetro do termostato da amostra.

Carry the module at least with 2 people.
Avoid back strain or injury by following all precautions for lifting heavy objects.
Ensure that the load is as close to your body as possible.
Ensure that you can cope with the weight of your load.

Depois da instalação do termostato da amostra, aguarde, no mínimo, 30 min para ligar o módulo.
Certifique-se de que não exista condensação no interior do módulo.

Ensure that no condensate remains inside the thermostat before proceeding forward.

NOTA
Gently tapping on the sides of the sampler can help to remove the last traces of condensate from the system.
Loosen the screw (1) and remove the condensate funnel (2) from the back of the thermostat.

NOTA
If there is still some condensate inside the thermostat, place a suitable container underneath the outlet tube, and keep tapping on the sides of the sampler until no more water comes out.
Pull the thermostat halfway out, disconnect the power and the data cable and then remove the unit completely from the sampler.

Damage to the cables.
- Do not bend or pinch the cables.
- Fit in the Sample Cooler/Sample Thermostat perfectly.
Slide the cooler/thermostat all the way into the sampler, making sure that the cables don’t get jammed between the metal parts.
Position the condensate collector funnel underneath the condensate drainage outlet tube (1) and fix it to the back of the thermostat by tightening the screw (2). Ensure correct orientation and avoid overtightening the screw.

Position the condensate collector funnel underneath the condensate drainage outlet tube (1) and fix it to the back of the thermostat by tightening the screw (2). Ensure correct orientation and avoid overtightening the screw.

CUIDADO
Damage to the Sample Thermostat
- Wait at least 30 min before switching on the compressor of the thermostat.
- This allows the refrigerant and system lubrication to reach equilibrium.
Switch on the sampler and perform the Sample Cooler Function Test to verify the correct functioning of the new thermostat, see Sample Cooler Function Test.
