Usar uma válvula de baixa pressão em regiões de alta pressão pode danificar a válvula.
- Ao usar compartimentos de múltiplas colunas como parte de uma solução de desenvolvimento de método, assegure-se de que a cabeça da válvula de alta pressão está conectado ao amostrador e a cabeça da válvula de baixa pressão ao detector.

Alternar a válvula para um posição errada pode danificar a coluna ou geras resultados de medição (Bias) com erros
- Encaixe o ressalto na ranhura para garantir que a válvula está comutada para a posição correta.
CUIDADO
O atuador da válvula contém peças óticas sensíveis, que precisam ser protegidas de poeira e outros tipos de poluição. Sujeira nestas peças pode comprometer a seleção precisa de aberturas da válvula e assim os resultados de medição (Bias) de erro.
- Sempre instale uma cabeça de válvula para operação e armazenamento. Para proteger o atuador, uma cabeça da válvula cega (parte do G1316-67001 (Kit de bloqueio para transporte) ) pode ser usada ao invés de uma válvula funcional. Não toque em partes internas do atuador.

NOTA
The tag reader reads the valve head properties from the valve head RFID tag during initialization of the module. Valve properties will not be updated, if the valve head is replaced while the module is on.
Selection of valve port positions can fail, if the instrument does not know the properties of the installed valve.
NOTA
To have the valve correctly recognized by the valve drive you must have the valve drive powered off for at least 10 seconds.

Push the valve head for bringing it to its outer position (column compartment only).

Remove all capillary connections from the valve head.
Unscrew the nut and remove the valve head.
Put the new valve head onto the valve drive such that the lobe fits to the groove (see also G7116B_Installation of the Valve Heads).
Fasten the valve head onto the valve drive using the union nut (see also G7116B_Installation of the Valve Heads.
Install all required capillary connections to the valve head.
Push the valve head until it snaps in and stays in the rear position (column compartment only).
