The gaskets used in the standard and semi-micro/micro flow cell are different.

流路内の金属部分がサンプルの生体分子と反応して、サンプルの劣化や汚染につながることがあります。
- バイオアプリケーションの場合は、必ずバイオ 部品を使用してください。バイオ部品は、本書のバイオイナートマークやその他のマークで識別できます。
- バイオシステムでは、バイオ用のモジュール/部品と、非バイオ用モジュール/部品を混在させないでください。

Use a 4 mm hex key to unscrew the window assembly (1) and remove the gasket (6,7) from the cell body. Do not mix the gasket #6 and # 7.

Use a tooth pick to remove the quartz window from the window assembly.
注記
If the washers fall out of the window assembly, they must be inserted in the correct order with the PTFE ring to prevent any leaks from the flow cell window.

Do not mix the gasket #6 and #7 (different hole diameter).

Using a 4-mm hex key, tighten the window screw hand tight plus a quarter turn.

Reconnect the capillaries, see フローセルの取り外し/取り付け.

Perform a leak test.

Insert the flow cell.

Replace the front cover
