重量物

モジュールは重量物です。

モジュールの運搬は、2 人以上で行ってください。
重い物を持ち上げるときは、腰椎捻挫または怪我をしないように、十分に注意してください。
荷物はできるだけ体に近付けて運搬してください。
持ち運べる重さであることを確認してください。

注意

モジュール内の結露

結露によってモジュールの電気回路が損傷することがあります。

サンプルサーモスタットは取り付け後、少なくとも 30 分待機してから、モジュールの電源をオンにします。
モジュール内に結露がないことを確認してください。

Unsecured transportation

Mechanical damage

Secure the sampler handler assembly before transporting the sampler.

注記

Moving the sampler with the Sample Thermostat installed is possible for short distances (for example, from one workbench to another). For longer transportation, remove the thermostat from the sampler and handle the units separately.

Remove condensate.
1. Place a suitable container underneath the outlet pipe.
1. Remove the drainage tube.
1. Gently tap the sides of the sampler several times to facilitate the drainage of the condensate from the system.
注記
Do not tilt the module to avoid damage to the internal parts.
Remove all sample containers from the sample hotel.
Move the robot arm to the park position using Instant Pilot or Lab Advisor, see Arm Position.
Turn off the sampler.
Install all parts of the Transport Protection, see Install the Transport Protection Foam.
Remove the Sample Thermostat from the sampler if needed, see サンプルサーモスタットの交換.
