カバーのないニードルによる怪我の危険性
カバーが外れているニードルでオペレータが怪我をする危険があります。
- ニードルアセンブリの安全ロックは開かないでください。
- z-ロボットでの作業は十分注意して行ってください。
- ニードルアセンブリを取り外す際には、安全ゴーグルを装着してください。

有毒、可燃性および有害な溶媒、サンプル、試薬
溶媒、サンプル、および試薬の取り扱いは、健康や安全性を脅かす危険性が伴うことがあります。
- これらの物質を取り扱う場合は、製造者が提供する物質の取り扱いおよび安全データシート（MSDS）に記載された適切な安全手順（保護メガネ、安全手袋、および防護服の着用など）に従ってください。
注記
It is recommended to always exchange the needle assembly and the needle seat at the same time to prevent premature leakage.
In the Agilent Lab Advisor software select Service & Diagnostics > Maintenance Positions > Change Needle , click Start and wait until the needle assembly is in maintenance position.
OR
In the Local Controller start the maintenance mode and select Change Needle function.

Open the front door.

Lock the needle in the safety position.

Sharp needle - Make sure the needle is in the safety lock position.

ニードルアセンブリユニオンの内部の詰まり
- フィッティングを締め過ぎないようにしてください。4 分の 1 回転で十分です。
1/4 インチレンチを使用して、ループキャピラリーのフィッティングを締めます。

Close the front door.
In the Local Controller close Change Needle.
OR
In the Agilent Lab Advisor software Change Needle , click Back and wait until the needle assembly is in the needle park station.
For G4767A, end the procedure with a Pressure Test.
For G7167C and G7137B, proceed with the subsequent steps.

Perform Hydraulic Path Leak Test.

Perform Sampler Leak Test if needed for troubleshooting in case of Hydraulic Path Leak failure.
