Prerequisites

Disconnect the inlet and outlet solvent tubes from the 4CGV.
Press the lower sides of the cover to unclip it. Remove the 4CGV cover.
Disconnect the 4CGV cable from its connector.
Unscrew the two screws (1) and remove 4CGV (2).
Place the new 4CGV into position.
NOTE
Make sure that the THIS SIDE UP label arrow is pointing upward towards the top of the module.
Tighten the two screws (1) and connect the cable to its connector (2).
Install the 4CGV cover.
Reconnect the tube from the inlet valve to the middle position of the 4CGV (1), and reconnect solvent tubes for channels A-D from the 4CGV to the degasser outlets (2).
