Prerequisites

In the Agilent Lab Advisor software, select Service & Diagnostics > Maintenance Positions > Change Gripper and wait until the gripper is in maintenance position, see also Maintenance Positions.
OR: In the Local Controller start the maintenance mode and select Change Gripper function.

Carefully remove the finger caps from the gripper fingers.

Insert the new finger caps onto the gripper fingers. Ensure that they sit firmly in place.

Complete the remaining steps prompted in the user interface of the Local Controller or the Agilent Lab Advisor software.
