Installing the Manual Injector
This procedure shows the installation of the Agilent 1260 Infinity III Manual Injector (G1328C) as an example. The procedure is the same for the Agilent 1260 Infinity III Bio-Inert Manual Injector (G5628A)
CAUTION
"Defective on arrival" problems
If there are signs of damage, please do not attempt to install the module. Inspection by Agilent is required to evaluate if the instrument is in good condition or damaged.
- Notify your Agilent sales and service office about the damage.
- An Agilent service representative will inspect the instrument at your site and initiate appropriate actions.
NOTE
The manual injector can be installed at the left- or right-hand side of the instrument stack.

Place the baseplate on the bench.

Place the Base Plate Adaptor on the connectors of the organizer plate.
Connect the organizer plates with the base plate.

Connect the capillaries to the manual injector (see Flow Connections (G1328C)).
