Install the needle assembly on the sample handler.
Do a reset of the sample handler. Do an autoreferencing (the needle assembly must be installed in the needle parkstation during this procedure). If this will not help: Please contact your Agilent service representative. |

Carefully tighten the needle parkstation. |
