Flush Head Function Test
The Flush Head Function Test checks successful priming and pressurization of the Flush Head downstream flow path with or without involvement of Injection Valve. The results give the indication about leakage in Flush Head itself and linked flow path.
The test proceeds as follows:
Prompt to ensure that the Purge solvent is connected to port S2 of the Solvent Selection Valve.
Selection of the optional Flush Head priming.
Selection of testing mode:
Automatic (Flush Head flow path to be blocked in Injection Valve).
Manual (Flush Head flow path to be blocked in Outlet Valve by blank nut).
Flush Head stop position is determined and leak measurement is estimated in flow path.
The flow path is purged.

Run the Flush Head Function Test with the Agilent LabAdvisor and follow the provided instructions.
