Re-tighten capillary connections.

Use Hydraulic Path Leak/Sampler Leak test for detailed troubleshooting.

There is too much air in the sampler hydraulic path.

Prime S1-S3 solvent lines properly, make sure that there is no air in the solvent lines before Multiwash block.

Use Hydraulic Path Leak test for detailed troubleshooting.

Consider replacing the solvent used for Feed Injection.

Not enough sample in vial and air has been drawn

Not enough sample in vial and air has been drawn.

Select appropriate Vial or Vial inserts (recommended 2 ml vial inserts to be used: 5183-2086 (Deactivated glass) , 5181-3377 (Non-Deactivated glass) ).

Revise sample draw settings (Draw/Ejection speed, Offset, Vial/Well bottom sensing).
